my label paper doesn't line up with shipstation
I bought label paper. its split in half and doesn't line up.

Thanks for the post. Sorry to hear you are having some trouble with your Label printer. Sounds like you might be using integrated label paper.
if this is the case, you will need to make sure that you have your label size set to 8.5x11. You can check and change this by going to settings(wrench Icon)>Printing> Printing Setup> Label>Document Options.

If you are using the 8.5x11 label size setting already and are still having trouble you might want to check the size of label paper you purchased to make sure it is the correct size.
