How to ship large product (furniture)?
AnsweredHello everyone!
I run a small business selling handmade furniture designs. My products are premium quality large cushions and pillows and I'm expanding my business nationally. Does anyone have experience shipping large items that don't fit in the standard boxes that carriers have, who to ship through (is it a regular carrier or specialty freight services), or any advice?
Thank you in advance and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Hi Sumayyah,
Thanks for posting and for being a member of our Community. While we do not support LTL or FTL shipping, UPS and FedEx do offer some special services related to freight through ShipStation that might work for you.
UPS Ground with Freight Pricing: Currently only available for U.S.-based accounts. ShipStation does support creating labels using the UPS Ground with freight pricing for multi-package shipments over 150lbs.
If this is something you want to look into, you would need to reach out to UPS directly to discuss this option and your eligibility.
