When I log into our account I get this;
"At your request, on Thursday, September 5, 2019, your subscription plan was set to cancelled status. Your account is no longer active and you are not eligible to continue using ShipStation.
We'd love to have you back on board. Simply click on the 'Change Your Subscription' button below and select the plan that's right for you."
We did NOT request that our subscription be cancelled and when I "Simply click on 'Change your Subscription" and confirm billing information as current nothing happens. I am still locked out. There is no contact phone number to speak to anyone about this. There is no way to initiate a inquiry. There is no way to correct this situation.
Can anyone give any help or advice??
