Cancellation of the order

    Hi Riki, 

     

    Thank you for your post and for being a member of the Community. If you need an order to be in a cancelled status in both your selling channel and within ShipStation, the best way to handle this would be to cancel the order from within your selling channel. If the order is in an open status within ShipStation then the order will update and reflect the cancelled status when you refresh your selling channel next.
