Order modifyDate does not change when tags are added to order

    Hello Andreas, 


    Thanks for your post and for being a member of our Community.


    What you are seeing with adding tags to orders not updating the last modified date is not a bug. The tagging process was not designed to update the order’s ModifyDate when done manually through the UI.


    If you want to assure that the last modified date updates when you add an order tag you would need to add the tag through either an Update Order API call or via an automation rule.

    While you are correct that the List Orders by Tag does have limited parameters available,  it does have an Order Status parameter that is required.


    To look at all calls and parameters you can look at our Developer Portal


    That being said if you start to add tags by API Update Orders or via automation rules you should be able to see what you need. If you are currently adding tags through API or Automation and are still not seeing the Modified date is not changing, then I would recommend reaching out to our support team directly for assistance.
