Shipstation doesn't import ebay order numbers?

All the orders from ebay are not with original ebay's order numbers.

they are like 188, ,189,190 etc..

can anyone let me know how to set shipstation can import ebay's order numbers?

  Hello Yun, 

   

  Thanks for your post and for being a member of our Community.

   

  ShipStation's integration with eBay currently uses the Selling Manager Sales Record Number to identify the order. We do not currently support eBay's new order format that was implemented this summer. However, aside from the order number now being different, the integration will still function as expected without a problem. 

   

  That being said, I know that our team is working on addressing this and updating the integration, however, there is no ETA on the update. 

  If you are looking for alternate ways to handle this until the update, you could attempt to import these orders via CSV but this would mean you would have to manually update the orders as shipped from within eBay. 

   

  How to import orders from a CSV file

  Any idea when Shipstation will start using the Ebay order number instead of the Sales Record Number?
