Delays with updates from carriers, causing delayed notifications to customers.

    What shipper are you experience delays with ? You can create conditions to force notification emails to be sent out regardless of tracking updates. https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026157891-Marketplace-Shipment-Notifications See the section called "Delay marketplace notifications".
