If you are seeing this error during login DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN or your browser displays that the website can't be found or reached, please follow the following troubleshooting steps based on your device's OS.
This may require changing your computer's DNS settings and using either Cloudflare’s or Google’s DNS. However, these steps may not be required, should the ISP (CenturyLink as far as we have identified) resolve the issue. If you continue to have issues with this, we recommend you contact your ISP so they can assist you further.
