    Hello Mike,

Thanks for your post and for being a member of our Community.

Automation rules by design run automatically when an order is imported into ShipStation. You can manually reprocess and run your automation rules by going to Settings> Automation> Automation Rules, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and clicking reprocess Automation Rules.

You might want to check out the answer I provided to the following post as I talked about a way to only run one automation rule at a time. You could leverage this to run a single run manually after SkuVault does what it needs to do.

You can check out my solution for reprocessing only one automation rule at a time here: Why can’t  I reprocess automation rules one at a time

Another option you might want to consider would be to use the Apply Bulk Action in the orders>Awaiting  Shipment grid. This will allow you to do almost all of the same actions available via Automation Rules.

    To apply Bulk action

    • Navigate to Orders>Awaiting Shipment
    • Select orders you want to update
    • From the action menu click on other actions and select apply bulk actions
    • Choose the action you want to apply and hit confirm.

Please let us know if this helped you out or you have any further questions.
