    I apologize for the delay in getting back to you here, however, after doing a little research I found that there was an outage with Endicia on the day you posted. This has since been resolved, so if you are still seeing trouble at this point I would strongly recommend reaching out to our support team directly. 


    For the future in cases like yours when you are having trouble with your carrier not working, the fastest way to get a resolution is going to be to reach out to our support team. Also, be sure to bookmark our status page as it will have information on any outages that might affect ShipStation performance.
