Address Information on Shipment Exports

    Hello Jeremy, 

     

    Thanks for your post and for being a member of our Community. We are so happy to have you here. 

     

    Currently- within V3- Address Line 1 and Address Line 2 are not included in exports. This is something that is being worked on as we speak and I will make sure to add an additional comment to this post when this feature is added to V3. 

     

    Additionally, I have created a ticket in your name so we can talk more in-depth about your situation and possible alternate workflows.

    This is a serious issue that we also really need fixed.  If we have orders in shipstation and need to export certain ones for another company to ship, etc. We need to have the option for customer shipping address included in the export.

    We just migrated to ShipStation from another shipping solution and so far I am very happy it - especially with the level of customization that we can implement with rules, tags, templates, etc.  But, I just ran into this limitation as well. With COVID, we have had to close our retail store and are shipping a huge number of orders locally and regionally. We are going to start delivering these next week instead of shipping, but need a way to generate a list of all orders in a batch INCLUDING the address fields. This would then be imported into a route optimization application for our drivers daily deliveries. Now I need to explore doing this from our sales channels instead, but that's going to result in a disconnect in workflow.
