It's my fault but...
I just noticed that I've been paying for a subscription that I did not need for over a year.
Keep an eye on the number of orders you're processing and the subscription you're on.
Shipstation will be quick to upgrade you to the appropriate subscription (especially during the holidays), but they don't care about your business enough to downgrade you.
I take full responsibility for my error, but Shipstation lost my trust.
