At least 5 years and still not fixed - Amazon marketplace shipping notifications fail due to throttling

    Hello Daniel, 

     

    Thanks for being a member of our community and for your candor in your post. 

     

    As you know, Amazon Marketplace notifications may need to be resent as Amazon MWS limits the number of calls made per hour to their system for all 3rd party connections including ShipStation.

     

    While it is true that you can’t resend notifications in bulk in the classic version of ShipStation, this is something you can now do in V3 so you don’t have to contact support any longer to bulk submit. 

     

    If you are currently using ShipStation Classic, you will want to locate the "new! ShipStation V3" text and click the Try Now button underneath. 

     

    Once in V3, you will go to the Shipments tab, click Other from the filter menu, select Shipment Notification, change the drop-down from Sent to Failed,  and click Apply.  Now you will only see shipments with failed marketplace notifications. To Resend your notification you will click the top checkmark box that is in the header column to select all filtered orders, and then click the Notify Marketplace button.

     

    This is a recent update to this V3 process and we are currently working to republish our article in the help center to reflect the changes. As soon as this has been updated I will post the link in this comment.
