Order numbers for errors are not showing up.

    Also having this problem and sent in a ticket 16 days ago. Sure would have been nice to have this feature during black friday. Senior support still haven't given me an ETA when it will be fixed. Maybe "senior" in this case means old and slow lol

    Thank you for your posts about this matter and for being members of our Community.


    I know that was something that we were getting quite a few reports about, however, Senior Support has now reported that this has been fixed.


    Sometimes when we handle escalated cases like this, it can take a little longer to get an answer from our Senior Support. This team collaborates with many other teams to test, investigate the behavior, isolate the culprit, and to finally implement a fix globally. We make sure any fixes we push out do not impact any of our user’s workflow so we make sure to be thoughtful and take our time with pushing out a fix.  


    This being said, if you are still having trouble with your label batch status screen please let us know by reaching out to our support team to investigate further.
