We're testing the Scan/Verify functionality, as we'd love to make this part of our ShipStation workflow. I have imported barcodes (UPC) for all products via CSV. They show correctly in the "Products" area of ShipStation. However, when loading the order in the Scan section, we are getting a lot of "Product Not Found" errors. The order items show correctly, SKU is correct, but the UPC field will be blank. Switching back to Products tab shows the same item, same SKU, with a correct UPC code. For some reason the UPC data is not reliably passing between the Product catalog and the Scan/Verify area. This is not consistent and happens randomly.
Troubleshooting steps taken: Verified correct item UPC in Product catalog. Updated to latest version and reset Chrome, including all temp data. Logged out and back into ShipStation. Even Restarted PC.
