So a while ago our team changed the name of some products. Now we are noticing that Shipstation is still using the old name associated with the SKUs instead of the new name that is being pushed by Shopify but ignored by Shipstation.
We understand why Shipstation behaves like this, it basically stores first product description it receives for any given SKU.
However, before we start doing full catalog imports in Shipstation (using DataFeedWatch, for anyone interested), I need a temporary workaround to force Shipstation to take in the new product names and description. I have about 61 SKU's to wipe clean.
Do I just deactivate them ?
