My company is looking at switching to shipstation for our shipments however one of our main couriers is Canpar Express. I decided to sign up for the free trial. I am currently unable to integrate Canpar Express courier on the platform. I double checked that the login info works on the Canpar website and copied our account number directly from the website and input it into shipstation. It always just says there is an unexpected error and will not connect. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I looked for a place to e-mail support but was unable to find an address. This may be an issue with the trial version.
