International Shipping - Are you paying customs/taxes for your customers?
I want to attract more International buyers to my US based website, and I was told that if I absorbed the customs/taxes for those customers, that might help. Does anyone pay for their customer's customs/taxes when their order is received in an International country. And if so, do you find this to be super expensive and risky?
Thank you!

We sell garnments and we never pay for customs. We just declare the items value on the automatically generated customs form. International shipments already have a lower ROI than regional orders, I can't really justify the added spending.
Our product is kinda bound to a specific language community (french) so it doesn't "internationalize" too easily, so more international sales wouldn't really help us scale.
If you do decide on paying for the fees yourself, can you promote that added value to your international customers, will it help your bottom line, and what will be the cost per order ?
