Does anyone know of a solution or integrator that has a solution to solve a opportunities presented to me from other Shipstation users? Currently I have a platform where customers order online and we ship the product to the customer and they then ship via their ShipStation account. I am looking to minimize the delays by looking for a solution that would forward their Shipstation Order information to my Shipstation install and then update their Shipstation order with tracking and the like when I ship on my Shipstation install. In effect I am acting as a remote warehouse for them.
Right now for few customers that I do this for - the solution has been them giving my people a login on their Shipstation account and us shipping on their platform. We then export the Shipments report in order to invoice them for what we shipped on their behalf. Doable but having more than 2-3 customers quickly becomes confusing and cumbersome for my warehouse personnel.
I am looking for a solution where the customers Shipstation order is forwarded to our Shipstation account for shipment and marked as shipped when we ship in our Shipstation account.
We currently use Logicbroker's solution for Shipstation and Amazon's Vendor central and I would not be adverse to a third party sitting in the middle making sure the data ends up in the right places. In their solution they sit in the middle between us and Amazon's translating the required EDI docs. In this case, they (or someone similiar) would sit in the middle integrating my Shipstation account to user Shipstation Users accounts.
