Scan to Verify doesn't work

    Hi Dan,


     Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with Scan to Verify. This is something that is affecting some of our users currently. 

    I see that you have a ticket open with our senior support team and was able to confirm with them that they are still hard at work to get this resolved as promptly as possible. 

    If anyone else is having trouble with Scan to Verify and is not currently working with support, please feel free to either let us know or open a ticket directly with our support team.
