Scan to Verify doesn't work
Scan to Verify doesn't work for my account for 6 months. I tried both versions of Shipstation and opened a support ticket but it hasn't been sorted yet. Is this a common issue or just me?

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with Scan to Verify. This is something that is affecting some of our users currently.
I see that you have a ticket open with our senior support team and was able to confirm with them that they are still hard at work to get this resolved as promptly as possible.
