    Hey Greg,

    I had actually had success resolving the issue. Well, I didn't do much...I emailed ShipStation support with a similar explanation to what I posted and in a day or two got a response back that they had updated my account and I was able to relink SquareSpace via the new extension.

    Zach is correct, reaching out to support is going to be the way to resolve the error you are seeing. There is a setting that needs to be enabled on your account from our end.
