Labels showing printed, but never actually printed
We have been experiencing an issue, only when processing orders through the Batch System, where orders are having labels created/generated, stating they "printed" but never actually print. When we've reached out to support, their only suggestion was to manually count every single label to ensure that all labels are printed.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Have you found a resolution?

Do you have Shipstation connect set up on multiple computers ? I've found that sometimes, the computer sending the prit order will switch to that same printer but under another SS connect user in your organisation. Those won't print because the printer isn't local to that computer.
Or is your problem only related to local printing, entirely without SS connect?
