Why are my email templates only showing up in HTML

    Hello Kara, 

     

    Thank you for your post and for being a member of our community.

    Based on the screenshot you sent, I can tell that there are two things at play here.
    The first part is the highlighted message- as shown in the screenshot below- that appears when the code you have entered cannot be previewed in the text editor so you will be editing in HTML.








    The second part is the red text below the first message. When you see this red text it means that you have added an unsupported element in the HTML editor. The text will let you know which element or elements need attention. You will not be able to exit the HTML editor until the unsupported element is deleted.
