    Thanks for being a member of our community and for your post. 

     

    Is this the first time that you are seeing this or is this something that happens frequently? Normally when you have orders that are not importing we recommend following the steps listed in this article: Troubleshoot Missing Orders.

     

    However, sometimes the best thing you can do when you have an order missing from import- and you have attempted the steps in the provided article - is to reach out to support directly. I recommend making sure you are able to provide them with the date of the oldest missing order so they can push back your store's refresh date and attempt to get the order to import.
