Sync Issue - eBAy Old orders appearing/ Amazon Sync

On seeing a 15 day old order in eBay that had not come through to ShipStation I created a manual order in Shipstation instead

15 minutes after creating the manual order I have suddenly got the original order from 15 days ago appear in my awaiting to be shipped list?

Does anyone else ever have uncharacteristic sync issues with either eBay or Amazon?

I'm trying to get an understanding of how big a problem this is so I can work with my Shipstation account manager to prioritise it.

  Thanks for being a member of our community and for your post. 

   

  Is this the first time that you are seeing this or is this something that happens frequently? Normally when you have orders that are not importing we recommend following the steps listed in this article: Troubleshoot Missing Orders.

   

  However, sometimes the best thing you can do when you have an order missing from import- and you have attempted the steps in the provided article - is to reach out to support directly. I recommend making sure you are able to provide them with the date of the oldest missing order so they can push back your store's refresh date and attempt to get the order to import.
