State not Valid ???!!!???

I'm new to ShipStation.  Can't ship anything, because I can't figure out why "Pennsylvania is not a valid state for the specified shipment".  Happens with all orders going to all states.

  Thanks Erin.  I agree, but I couldn't find a phone number or email address listed on the "help" page.  Maybe I missed it.... what's the best way to get a hold of support in the future?
