Shipstation not able to Send Amazon tracking info

    Hi Simon, 


    Thank you for being a member of our community and for your post.


    The error you reported was linked to an Amazon Outage that occurred on the morning of June 10th.  Amazon was able to address the root cause of this issue that afternoon. Your failed notifications should automatically retry to send but if you still are seeing the red cart, please let us know so we can get you to support to troubleshoot this further.
