    Yes I too am having the same issue. You should be able to revert it just as easily as you upgraded it but I don't see that as an option. Customer service line doesn't go through, just goes straight to voicemail. My account manager is not in the office and left no other number to call. The Live chat is offline, and the earliest I can schedule a call is on the 30th. Unbelievable...

    Jacob, welcome to our community. We are so happy to have you here. Sorry to hear that you both are having trouble with the new layout.

     

    If you are looking to revert back to the old layout, you should be able to. You can switch back by ​clicking the Give Feeback link, selecting Turn off new layout from the dropdown, providing your feedback, and clicking submit feedback.

     

    If you are not seeing this as an option, I recommend reaching out to our support team for further assistance.

    where is the GIVE FEEDBACK button? not on my dashboard like the video above & the search function proves worthless to try to find it.  this new system is BAD.  won't let us fulfill an order (keeps saying: "There is not sufficient inventory to fulfill this shipment" (which is false)) we need to get out today.  i've been waiting for a response from ShipStation on another ticket for over a week now which we can't do for this order...
