Somehow, I created a shipment, needed to edit the order and that generated another label with a different tracking number. It dod not cancel out the previous one.
So, I had two labels for one order.
Order was shipped at post office and was in transit. Instead of me waiting until the item was delivered before voiding the first label that was replaced...I tried to cancel the label that was idle, hoping I wasn't charged or would be refunded.
When I voided, it cancelled BOTH labels...and the package was in transit to be delivered today!
Does that cancel the delivery? Is there a way to "re-activate" it to ensure delivery is completed?
