    Where did the live chat feature go? I'm desperately trying to get help. The "chat" feature is now an automated response and not an actual help desk person. I have received zero notification about this.

    Welcome to the community. Thank you for this great question. 

     

    The chat feature has not gone away. In an effort to help our users find answers to their questions more quickly, we have implemented a virtual agent to assist via chat. The assistant is here to help quickly surface the answers provided in our help center articles. Our articles provide answers to many of the most common questions about how ShipStation’s features work or how to solve many of the most common problems.

     

    That said, live chat support is still available! If you need to speak to a live agent, just ask our virtual agent to speak to a live agent and your chat will be placed in queue. In the event of a long chat queue, the virtual agent will suggest an email, but always feel free to check back.
