    I've escalated this ticket to our support team and they should be contacting you soon.

    In the meantime, if this could possibly be related to the Squarespace migration from V1 of their connect to V2, check out the Troubleshooting section of our Squarespace article - it addresses a specific issue we've seen importing orders when some merchants move from Squarespace V1 to V2. If the steps listed there don't help, our support staff should be able to do some further troubleshooting with you.
