No Update

Shipstation has quit updating orders from bigcommerce, it gives a 401 error. I have contacted support and finally got an email which I responded to yesterday, I guess it went in their pile. Service really sucks, guess everyone is working from home and teaching their kids. Following is the message, I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, this just started, I also contacted bigcommerce and their support is working from home too.
