To ship vape-related products, you must first be approved by GLS. Submit an approval request.
To connect your GLS account to ShipStation:

Your Carriers Add-On
Certain plans will require enabling the Your Carriers add-on before you can connect your carrier accounts. If you have not yet enabled it, you'll be prompted to do so before you can connect your accounts.

Select the GLS tile and click Connect.

Enter your GLS Username and Password, and Account Number.

Click Connect.

GLS provides regional delivery service to the following states: Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.

GLS can be used for shipping vape products but requires approval. GLS only approves vape shippers in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, and Washington.

GLS pickups are available as late as 8 pm in certain areas.

When two of the three dimensions of your label have two or more characters (for example, 20x20x9 inches), the text of the dimensions will print on the label wrapped and with little spacing.
The label is still valid and will be accepted by GLS without issue.

All three ShipStation label messages are supported for GLS labels. Label messages map to the following GLS label fields:

Label message 1 = shipment reference

Label message 2 = reference field 2

Label Message 3 = reference field 3
