Starlinks Global is a Saudi Arabia-based logistics and supply chain company that provides US and UK-based ShipStation accounts with services to extend their reach to Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. Starlinks Global only ships internationally with ShipStation and provides both DDP and DDU options.

To connect your Starlinks Global account to ShipStation:

For US- and Canada-based ShipStation accounts, certain plans will require you to enable the Your Carriers add-on before you can connect your carrier accounts. If you have not yet enabled it, you'll be prompted to do so before you can connect your accounts.

Click the Add Carrier button.

Select Starlinks Global and click Connect.

Enter your Starlinks Global username and API key.
Do NOT select Accept FM Parcels.

Click Connect.
Starlinks Global offers a total of 11 service codes. Once you have successfully connected Starlinks Global, click the Services link and select the services that are included in your customer pack.

Starlinks will offer B2C (business-to-customer) movement types for shipping from Great Britain to Northern Ireland, aligning with the Windsor Framework. Currently, Starlinks Global does not support services for B2B (business to business) shipments for GB-NI shipping.
In alignment with the Windsor Framework, Starlinks has introduced data requirements that will take effect on 1st May 2025.
On 19th September 2024, the UK Government confirmed that the new arrangements under the Windsor Framework for parcels and freight movements that were planned to come into effect from 30th September 2024 will be deferred until 1st May 2025. The ShipStation integration with Starlinks Global does not support third-party billing.

You cannot create multi-package shipments in ShipStation. It may be possible to do so by logging in to your Starlinks online portal.

ShipStation does not submit customs documents for Starlinks Global international shipments.
You must generate your own customs documents and submit them electronically to Starlinks for international shipments. For details, see section 8: CUSTOMS CLEARANCE – ALL COUNTRIES on page 7 of the Starlink Global Terms and Conditions PDF.
