Reconfigure your eBay Store

eBay requires a reconfiguration after certain settings have been changed or a certain amount of time has passed. eBay specifically requires a reconfiguration once a year.

Multiple eBay Stores

If you're reconfiguring multiple eBay stores in ShipStation, we recommend you log out of any active eBay sessions before reconnecting the accounts.

Receiving a 404 Error? You may need to migrate to the new eBay integration.

The basic steps to reconfigure your eBay store are:

  1. Edit your Marketplace Connection in ShipStation's store Settings.

  2. Re-enter your connection details for the store.

  3. Authorize the connection on your eBay account

  4. Refresh the store on the Orders grid.

Reconnect your eBay store

For detailed steps to reconfigure your store, see below:

  1. Click Connect.

  2. Log in to your eBay account to authorize the connection.

  3. Click the Import icon Import icon, or Refresh-stores icon. Grey circular arrow symbol (clockwise), inside of a black square in ShipStation to attempt an order import.

    If the import was successful, you will see a green check next to a successful update message and the orders will appear in your Orders grid.
