If you change settings within your Shopify account, it may require a reconfiguration in ShipStation. Reconfiguring your Shopify store can also clear up some import errors.
Multiple Shopify Stores
If you're reconfiguring multiple Shopify stores in ShipStation, we recommend you log out of any active Shopify sessions before reconnecting the accounts.
The basic steps to reconfigure your Shopify Store are:

Edit your Marketplace Connection in ShipStation's store Settings.

Re-enter your connection details for the store.

Refresh Shopify in the Order Grid.

Enter your Shopify Domain, then click Connect.
To find your Shopify Domain, log in to your Shopify account and go to your dashboard. Copy the part of the URL after https:// but before /admin:

Click the Import icon in ShipStation to attempt an order import.
If the import was successful, you will see a green check next to a successful update message and the orders will appear in your Orders grid.
If you are still experiencing an issue, ensure that your Shopify orders are in the correct status(es) for import.
