Shipping Requirements:

Package weight and dimensions are required to create a Rivo label.

Rivo shipments can have maximum dimensions of 50” x 30” x 30” and weight up to 66 lb.
To connect your Rivo account to ShipStation:

For US- and Canada-based ShipStation accounts, certain plans will require you to enable the Your Carriers add-on before you can connect your carrier accounts. If you have not yet enabled it, you'll be prompted to do so before you can connect your accounts.

Click the Add Carrier button.

Select Rivo and click Connect.

Enter your Rivo Username or API Key, Password or Key ID, and Platform.
Rivo will provide you with your account credentials and the data to enter in the Platform field.

Click Connect.

Rivo rates returned in ShipStation include surcharges and other fees from the carrier.

Unused Rivo labels do not need to be voided. You are charged for Rivo labels when they are first scanned by the carrier, and Rivo labels expire 30 days after the creation date if they are not scanned.
