ExpressConnect & ExpressLabel Registration
Prior to using TNT services, you must complete the ExpressConnect & ExpressLabel Registration form. Submit the completed form to support@shipstation.co.uk and we will submit the form to TNT on your behalf.
To connect your TNT UK account to ShipStation:

Submit the completed ExpressConnect & ExpressLabel Registration form to support@shipstation.co.uk prior to starting the account connection process. If you do not submit this form, you will be unable to connect your account to ShipStation.

Click the Add Carrier button.

Select TNT UK and click Connect.

Enter your TNT UK Username and Password, Domestic Account Number, International Account Number, and Account Country, then choose an Account Nickname for you to identify the carrier account in ShipStation.

Starting 1st May 2025, EVRi will support B2C and C2C movement types for shipping from Great Britain (GB) to Northern Ireland (NI), aligning with the Windsor Framework. Evri Cross Border supports deliveries to Northern Ireland only to private receivers.
For Shipments to Northern Ireland, TNT requires you to provide the standard customs declarations information for all shipments. For API users, we list the properties in parentheses.
You must also print the commercial invoices for these shipments, just as you would for other cross-border shipments.

For B2B shipments, merchants need to declare whether a shipment is at risk or is not at risk of entering EU territory. Shipments 'not at risk' are eligible for green lane due to zero duty rate for UK origin shipment (Shipping Options). API Users: While not required to create a label successfully, you can declare the Starting 1 May 2025, If you do not provide these values, TNT UK's customs experts will identify whether the consignment is B2C or B2B. They will contact you to get information about the shipment's risk indicator. UKIMS numbers will also be collected by TNT, If you do not provide them when you create the label.
