Team Global Express Priority

Team Global Express Priority is a priority carrier service that delivers everything from small packages to large pallets throughout Australia. ShipStation's integration with Team Global Express Priority, available to Australia-based ShipStation accounts, allows you to create domestic shipping and return labels, as well as track your shipments directly in ShipStation.

Team Global Express Priority Requirements

Connection Requirements:

  • An Australia-based ShipStation account

  • An active account with Team Global Express Priority

  • Your Team Global Express Priority account information:

    • Name

    • Email

    • Company Name

    • Address Line 1 (Address Line 2 optional), Suburb, and State

    • Contact's Name

    • Account Number

    • Account Manager

Requirements for Weighted Services

Any service with a weight in its name (e.g., “B2C Priority 1kg Satchel ATL”) requires that exact weight to be entered for the shipment.

Team Global Express Priority will charge a penalty if the weight of the parcel is more than the weight in the service name, but not if the parcel is less than that weight.

Connect a Team Global Express Priority Account to ShipStation

To connect your Team Global Express Priority account to ShipStation:

  1. Click the Add Carrier button.

  3. Enter your Team Global Express Priority Address Information, Account Number, and Account Manager.

    The form to connect Team Global Express Priority is displayed.
  4. Click Connect.

The information entered into the connection window will be sent to ShipStation Support. We will contact Team Global Express Priority on your behalf for your onboarding credentials, which will then be added to your ShipStation account by our Support team.

ShipStation Support will then create and send a test label to Team Global Express Priority for approval. Once approved, ShipStation AU Support will alert you when your account is ready to use with your ShipStation account.

Team Global Express Priority supports up to 30 characters total for Label Messages 1 and 2. To show this text, concatenate (join) the two fields with a comma followed by a space ', ' at the end of Message 1. For example: 'Message1, Message2'

Team Global Express Priority Package Types

The carrier can be used to create domestic shipping labels.

The carrier can be used to create international shipping labels.

ShipStation will submit international customs declarations electronically to the carrier.

The carrier can be used to create domestic return labels.

ShipStation will display estimated shipping rates for the carrier based on the connected account information and shipment details.

Shipment insurance, provided by the shipment's selected carrier, can be added to the shipment in ShipStation. This insurance would be in addition to any default coverage already provided by that carrier.

Shipping labels created for this carrier will include a tracking number that can be used to view the shipment status on the carrier's tracking website. Tracking may not be available for all shipping services.

ShipStation can close the day's shipments for the carrier and submit the manifest electronically. The End of Day process may be mandatory or optional, based on the carrier and your account with them. A printable file may or may not be available when submitted electronically - see End of Day (PDF).

You can connect this carrier to ShipStation multiple times using different accounts and choose which account will be used to create each shipment.

Team Global Express Priority Integration Notes

  • Team Global Express Priority does not allow the shipping of dangerous goods.

  • If you are shipping with a Team Global Express Priority service that has a weight in its name (for example, B2C Priority 1kg Satchel ATL), you must enter the weight in the service name for the shipment weight in ShipStation.

    Team Global Express Priority may charge a penalty fee if the actual shipment weight is more than the weight in the service name. You will not be charged a penalty fee if the shipment weight is less than the service weight.

  • Team Global Express provides a "range" that you use to generate labels. Once this range has been exhausted, you will see the error message:

    ErrorError generating SSCC, SSCC range has been exhausted.

    To resolve this, contact Team Global Express for a new range, then provide the new range to ShipStation Support to update your account.
