Temu is an online marketplace that allows vendors to sell and ship directly to customers. Because they bypass intermediate distributors in the destination country, Temu vendors can make products more affordable to customers.

ShipStation Access Token

To obtain a ShipStation Access Token, merchants must log in to their Temu Seller account and authorize ShipStation. Go to the Temu App Store and locate ShipStation, or click on Shipping and Fulfillment > ShipStation > Authorize.

Every 90 days Temu merchants must reauthorize and reconnect their Temu shop to ShipStation.

To connect your Temu store to ShipStation:

Log in to your Temu account and locate your Access Token specific to Shipstation.

Select the Temu tile.

Enter your Access Token (specific to ShipStation) into the Set Up Store Connection popup, then click Connect.
After you've completed the connection steps, the store's Settings page will open. You can adjust your store-specific settings like branding and customer notifications, if you wish. Or click Save to close.
