How to add a Groopdealz store to ShipStation, what features are available, and other need-to-know details.

Groopdealz (formerly Eleventh Avenue) integrates directly with ShipStation to automatically import your orders so you can start shipping quickly. ShipStation will automatically notify your Groopdealz account with each order's shipment details as soon as you create each label.

Groopdealz Requirements

Connection Requirements:

  • An active seller account with Groopdealz, or an active legacy seller account with Eleventh Avenue.

  • Username and password.

  • Include a Ship To address.

Connect a Groopdealz store to ShipStation

To connect your Groopdealz store to ShipStation:

  1. Log in to your Groopdealz account here (or your legacy Eleventh Avenue account here)

  2. Click here for instructions to set up ShipStation in Groopdealz (or here if you have a legacy Eleventh Avenue account)

    • If those links fail, go to Shipping, then click the ShipStation tile.

  3. Copy the Username and Password generated by Groopdealz.

  4. Select the Groopdealz tile.

  5. Enter the Username and Password generated by Groopdealz.

After you've completed the connection steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.

ShipStation will import the Deal ID as Custom Field 1.

This integration allows you to define the Status Mappings for the store connection.

ShipStation will import the customer's email address with the order and can send customer shipment confirmation and delivery emails, which are configured in your Store Settings.

ShipStation will import the customer phone number.

ShipStation will import the shipping method chosen by the customer at time of checkout.

ShipStation will import the payment method used to pay for the order.

ShipStation will import discount and coupon information for the order.

ShipStation is able to determine if an order was placed as a gift.

ShipStation will import internal notes or order activity from the selling channel.

Additional Details about the Groopdealz Integration

  • ShipStation cannot send email notifications for Groopdealz orders. All customer notifications will be handled by Groopdealz.
