Weebly Requirements

Connection Requirements:

  • An active website with Weebly that has access to the Weebly App Center.

    If your Weebly account is set up as a "Square Online Store" you will not have access to the App Center and will be unable to connect ShipStation with your Weebly account. ShipStation cannot connect to any store set up as a Square Online Store, but you can still process orders by using a CSV import. See our Square Commerce article for information on importing Square Online Store orders using a CSV file.

Connect a Weebly store to ShipStation

To connect your Weebly store to ShipStation:

  1. Log in to your Weebly account here.

  2. Go to the App Center and search for the ShipStation app.

  3. Select the ShipStation app, click Add, and then Connect.

After you've completed the connection steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.

The ShipStation integration to Weebly supports the following standard features:

This integration allows you to define the Status Mappings for the store connection.

ShipStation will import the customer's email address with the order and can send customer shipment confirmation and delivery emails, which are configured in your Store Settings.

ShipStation will import the customer phone number.

ShipStation will import the shipping method chosen by the customer at time of checkout.

ShipStation will import the payment method used to pay for the order.

ShipStation will import discount and coupon information for the order.

ShipStation is able to determine if an order was placed as a gift.

ShipStation will import internal notes or order activity from the selling channel.

ShipStation will import notes left by the customer at time of checkout. Displayed as Customer notes in ShipStation's Legacy Layout.

ShipStation will import the total order weight from the selling channel.

ShipStation will import the weight for each line item in the order.

ShipStation will import an image URL for each line item in the order.

Error: No sites that support apps

When trying to install the ShipStation App in the Weebly App Center

What it means: This error will occur if you try to install any app in the Weebly App Center to a Weebly site that is set up as a Square Online Store. Weebly sites set up as a Square Online Store do not have access to the Weebly App Center, so the ShipStation app (or other third-party apps) cannot be activated.

ShipStation is not compatible with Weebly sites set up as a Square Online Store. You can still create shipping labels in ShipStation by creating manual orders or importing a CSV file, but you will need to update the order's shipment information in Weebly manually.
