Asendia offers major discounts on USPS international services, supports labels with special characters, and automatically closes End of Day forms. ShipStation's integration with Asendia USA allows you to create international shipping labels destined for anywhere in their extensive delivery network.

Connect an Asendia account to ShipStation

To connect your Asendia account to ShipStation, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Asendia tile and click Connect.

  2. Enter your Asendia Account Number, FTP Username and FTP Password, and choose an Account Nickname to identify the carrier account in ShipStation.

  3. Click Connect.

This setting can be disabled if you contact ShipStation support. If disabled, you will be responsible for manifesting your Asendia shipments.

Support Foreign Characters

Asendia shipments will support foreign characters in the text. Asendia will relabel shipments at their facility if the characters do not meet the standards of their delivery partners.
