The mobile app will alert you whenever new orders reach the app. As long as you allow notifications from ShipStation on your device, you will get an alert.
To allow notifications from the Mobile App:

Click the sidebar menu

Select Settings option.

Click the Notifications for new orders option under the Notifications section. This will open your iOS app settings.

Click the Notifications option.

Slide the toggle to ˙Allow Notifications.

Select additional alert details from the menu that appears after you enable the toggle.
