You must contact Newegg directly to request your Newegg API credentials. Please specify that you are using ShipStation and also include the email address associated with your Newegg account.

Follow the steps below to connect your Newegg store to ShipStation:
Select the Newegg tile for your account type.
Enter your Newegg Seller ID and Secret Key.

Here are some things you should keep in mind about ShipStation's integration with Newegg:
Newegg orders should not be Combined or Split in ShipStation. Doing so will prevent ShipStation from being able to update Newegg with the tracking information. If you Combine or Split a Newegg order, you will need to update the Newegg order's status manually.
