Additional Details about the MoreCommerce Integration

Keep the following in mind for ShipStation's integration with MoreCommerce:

  • ShipStation cannot send email confirmations for MoreCommerce orders. All customer notifications will be handled by MoreCommerce.

  • MoreCommerce orders should not be combined in ShipStation. Doing so will prevent ShipStation from updating MoreCommerce with the tracking information. If you combine a MoreCommerce order, you will need to update the MoreCommerce order's status manually.

  • It's possible to create fulfillments for MoreCommerce orders through ShipStation, but due to MoreCommerce's packaging guidelines, MoreCommerce orders should not be fulfilled by 3rd-party services like FBA or Shipwire. Doing so may result in fines or other penalties.
