OpenSky Packing Slips
When you connect your OpenSky store to ShipStation, ShipStation will create two custom packing slip templates (one 4" x 6", one 8.5" x 11") which should be used for your OpenSky shipments.
Here are some things you should keep in mind about ShipStation's integration with OpenSky:
ShipStation is not able to send emails for OpenSky orders. All customer notifications will be handled by OpenSky.
OpenSky orders should not be Combined in ShipStation. Doing so will prevent ShipStation from being able to update OpenSky with the tracking information. If you Combine an OpenSky order, you will need to update the OpenSky order's status manually.
It's possible to create fulfillments for OpenSky orders through ShipStation, but due to OpenSky's packaging guidelines, OpenSky orders should not be fulfilled by 3rd party services like FBA or Shipwire. Doing so may result in fines or other penalties.
