Connect your Walmart Marketplace store to ShipStation then import your Walmart store orders to manage your shipping, tracking, and inventory in a single platform.
Walmart Store Reauthentication Required by August 28th, 2019!
ShipStation's original authentication method for Walmart stores ended on May 15th, 2019.
This means, if you connected your Walmart store to ShipStation prior to May 15th, 2019, you must reconfigure the store's connection using a new Client ID and Client Secret by August 28th to continue importing Walmart orders to ShipStation.

An active seller account on Walmart Marketplace.
To sign up and begin the approval process, go to the Walmart Marketplace homepage to apply.

Your Walmart seller account Client ID and Client Secret.
Order Import Requirements:
Include a Ship To address.
Include items that need to be shipped.
Sellers must be approved by Walmart! Orders WILL NOT IMPORT unless you have been approved and on-boarded. This process can take up to 6 months. Refer users to Walmart if your orders aren’t importing and you are a new seller.
Follow the steps below to connect your Walmart seller account to ShipStation:
Use the same credentials you'd use to access Walmart Seller Central.
Click Add Provider under the Delegated Access section and add ShipStation as a Solution Provider.
For details on Solution Provider permissions, please check your Walmart Developer documentation.
Click the API Key link for ShipStation to access your Client ID and Secret.
Copy the Client ID and Client Secret from the Product Keys pop-up.
If you're reconfiguring an existing store connection, click the Connection link for that store instead.
Select the Walmart tile.
Paste your Client ID and Client Secret into the corresponding fields.
After you've completed the above steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.

If an order is not already acknowledged, ShipStation will attempt to acknowledge the order when it is imported.
Here are some things you should keep in mind about ShipStation's integration with Walmart:
This integration is only available for Walmart sellers based in the US. Walmart Canada and Walmart DSV accounts are not supported at this time.
ShipStation will not create new orders if all the products in the order are already Shipped or Cancelled.
ShipStation is not able to send emails for Walmart orders. All customer notifications will be handled by Walmart.
Due to Walmart's order acknowledgement requirements, the Auto-Update feature is always enabled for Walmart stores and cannot be disabled.
Every individual item in a Walmart order has it's own unique Line Item ID value which must be included when notifying Walmart of the shipment. If a customer orders multiples of the same item, the item will appear multiple times in ShipStation each with a quantity of 1.
