Order Desk is an order management service you can use to import and manage orders from Foxy, Amazon, eBay, or any of their other available integrations.
Order Desk is only available for US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
When connected with ShipStation, orders will import into Order Desk from the original order source, then Order Desk will send order information to ShipStation. After you create shipments in ShipStation, Order Desk will retrieve the information and update the original order source.
To use Order Desk with ShipStation, you'll need to generate a set of API keys and enter them when setting up the ShipStation integration within Order Desk.

Legacy Integrations
Order Desk originally created an integration with ShipStation in 2017 that was specifically for orders originating on Foxy (formerly FoxyCart). Order Desk has since created a more advanced integration that allows more communication between Order Desk and ShipStation.
The original integration is still active and is referred to by Order Desk as Legacy ShipStation. If using the Legacy integration, we recommend you follow Order Desks' Upgrading to the New Integration article to update.
