Additional Details about the Overstock Integration

  • Overstock requires all orders to be processed within one business day after the purchase is made.

  • ShipStation does not notify Overstock customers with shipment information. Overstock will handle all communication with your customers.

  • Product Records: We are aware of an issue where order item names import into ShipStation as the product variant. E.g., “Awesome T-Shirt red, large” imports into ShipStation as “red, large”. Use ShipStation's Product Defaults to override the imported order item name to display the actual product name instead.

  • Shipment Notifications: We understand that some orders may not be updated automatically with shipment info once you create a label in ShipStation. When this occurs, you will need to update your shipment tracking information manually on Overstock in your Supplier Oasis dashboard.
