Listing Mirror

Listing Mirror enables merchants to manage orders, product listings, inventory, and fulfillments for multiple selling channels. Import Listing Mirror data into ShipStation to automate your shipping workflow. ShipStation sends Listing Mirror the shipment information, and they update the original order source.

Listing Mirror Requirements

Connection Requirements:

  • An active account with Listing Mirror.

  • Listing Mirror Username and Password

Order Import Requirements:

  • Must include a Ship To address.

Connect a Listing Mirror store to ShipStation

To connect your Listing Mirror account to ShipStation:

  1. Log in to Listing Mirror here.

  2. Click the INTEGRATIONS menu.

  3. Click Fulfillment Integrations.

  4. Click the ShipStation logo.

  5. Select your options as desired, then click the Create ShipStation Integration button.

  6. Complete the instructions on that page, then click the Update ShipStation Integration button. Copy the generated Username and Password (we'll need to enter those into ShipStation.)

  7. Select Listing Mirror.

  8. Enter the Username and Password generated by Listing Mirror.

    Note

    These will not be the same as the username and password that you use to log into the Listing Mirror.

  9. Click Connect.

After you've completed the connection steps, the store's Settings page will open. You can adjust your store-specific settings like branding and customer notifications, if you wish. Or click Save to close.

The ShipStation integration with Listing Mirror allows for the following additional features:

Custom Fields

ShipStation will receive the following Listing Mirror fields as custom fields:

  • Custom Field 1: Marketplace Order ID#

  • Custom Field 2: Channel Integration

  • Custom Field 3: Alternative Market Order ID#

Only expose orders from certain Listing Mirror integrations to ShipStation.

When setting up the ShipStation integration within Listing Mirror, you will define which Listing Mirror integrations will expose orders to ShipStation.

Do not expose orders which will be fulfilled by FBA or MCF to ShipStation.

When setting up the ShipStation integration within Listing Mirror, you will choose if orders that are meant to be fulfilled by FBA or MCF will be exposed to ShipStation.

If a store allows custom statuses, this means you define that statuses your orders use in your selling channel. In most cases, if you have custom statuses you'll need to define which ShipStation statuses each custom order status corresponds to.

ShipStation will import the customer's email address with the order data and can send shipment confirmation and delivery emails to that email address (configured in your Store settings).

ShipStation will import the customer phone number with the order data.

ShipStation will import the shipping method chosen by the customer during their store checkout.

ShipStation will import the payment method used to pay for the order.

ShipStation will import discount and coupon information for the order.

ShipStation can determine if an order is a gift from the order data sent by the store.

ShipStation will import internal notes or order activity from the store into the ShipStation Internal Notes field.

ShipStation will import notes provided by the customer when they made their purchase.

ShipStation will import the total order weight from the store.

ShipStation will import the weight for each line item in the order.

ShipStation will import an image URL for each line item in the order. These images will appear as thumbnails in your Order Details and can be included in email notifications and packing slips.

ShipStation will import item options (such as color or size) for each line item in the order. This data will appear in your Order Details and can be included in customer emails and packing slips.

ShipStation will import a product stock location for each line item in the order.
